User Deactivation and Role Management

When an employee leaves the firm, it is essential that their User Account is immediately inactivated to prevent any unauthorized access to Arbizon. This can be done by authorised people, in either of the following ways:

  • System Administrator: via System > Users > Mark as Inactive

  • HR Administrator (depending on permissions): via Office > Employees > Mark as Inactive

In addition, it is recommended that System Administrators periodically review and update role assignments. While the former employee's name may need to remain temporarily to manage permission transitions, this cleanup should be performed as needed to maintain system integrity.
