First Login and Setup
For Arbizon usage through Chrome, please follow these configuration steps on your PC before proceeding with any setup:
Set Chrome as Default browser
Using your windows search bar, open Default Apps, locate Chrome and “Set as Default”Configure Outlook to open links in Default browser.
Open Outlook and then navigate to File / Options / Advanced / File and browser preferences Default Apps. In Open hyperlinks from Outlook in, select “Default Browser”.
Access Arbizon by navigating to my.arbizon.app.
In the login screen click ‘Forgot your password?’
You will need access to both your email account and phone.Follow the steps to set a new password.
Follow the steps to register your phone number for MFA.
Use your email and password to Sign In.
Tip: If you are signing in from a trusted device (e.g. office workstation) it is a good idea to check ‘Keep me signed in’ so you are not required to provide your credentials often.At this point you should be viewing the Arbizon Dashboard page, saying “Create a new Dashboard or check for Shared Dashboards”. Create or Select the Dashboard of your preference.
Create a shortcut to Arbizon
Click on the 3-dots menu of Chrome which is located on the upper right corner
Go to “Save and Share” > “Create shortcut…” and in the dialog that appears click “Create”.
For older Chrome versions, the instructions might differ. I.e. Go to “More tools” > “Create shortcut…” and in the dialog that appears click “Create”.
Setup the Arbizon Extensions.
